  • Cancellation terms: in the case of cancellation of the booking, Hotel Yachting Mistral shall charge a penalty to the client calculated as a percentage of the amount due for the period booked, in relation to the notification of cancellation given: 1% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 19 to 4 days before the foreseen arrival date. All paid deposits shall be used as partial or full payment of the above indicated penalties.
