  • The present price list is intended per apartment per day in Euro: taxes and service charge included.
  • Prices are sometimes indicated as from a minimum of (min) to a maximum of (max): this depends on the different level of features for the same type of apartment. The final price will be confirmed during booking procedures according to the apartment available, but cannot exceed the maximum (max) official price indicated herein.
  • The minimum period required is 7 nights.
  • The following services and facilities are included in the official price: carpark, private beach, water - electric - gas supplies, refrigerator, independent heating, safe deposit boxes at reception, safe deposit box in the appartment, small beds, linen at the start of the vacation, barbecue, tennis, windsurf deposit, internal bicycle hire service.
  • Other services available on request: extra bed € 10,00 per day, change of linen € 10,00, final cleaning € 70,00, dogs allowed on a lead € 7,00 per day.
  • Children's special: from 0 to 2 years of age a discount of 100% · The discount is applicable for children staying in their parent's apartment.

  • An advance payment of 30% of the total price is required to book. On arrival the balance payment is required.
  • The methods of payment accepted are: cash
  • Cancellation terms: in the case of cancellation of the booking, Residence Villalsole shall charge a penalty to the client calculated as a percentage of the amount due for the period booked, in relation to the notification of cancellation given: 10% of the total amount of the vacation for cancellations made 60 to 20 days before the foreseen arrival date; 100% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 19 to 4 days before the foreseen arrival date; 100% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 3 days or less before the foreseen arrival date, with a minimum vacation of 1 night. All paid deposits shall be used as partial or full payment of the above indicated penalties.
