The present price list is intended per apartment per day in Euro: service charge included. |

Prices are sometimes indicated as from a minimum of (min) to a maximum of (max): this depends on the different level of features for the same type of apartment. The final price will be confirmed during booking procedures according to the apartment available, but cannot exceed the maximum (max) official price indicated herein. |

We inform our kind guests that starting from 01.06 until 30.09 an additional city tax will be applied to the above mentioned prices. The tax amounts to 0.50€ per person and day. Except children up to 14 years of age. The city tax is not included in the above price list.

The minimum period required is 7 nights. |

The following services and facilities are included in the official price: carpark, water - electric - gas supplies, refrigerator, microwave oven, independent heating, safe deposit box in the appartment, washing machine, final cleaning, barbecue. |

An advance payment of 30% of the total price is required to book. On arrival a deposit of € 100,00 is required which will be returned on departure after the condition of the accommodation and facilities used have been checked. On arrival the balance payment is required. |

Cancellation terms: in the case of cancellation of the booking, Apartments Rustico shall charge a penalty to the client calculated as a percentage of the amount due for the period booked, in relation to the notification of cancellation given: 75% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 19 to 4 days before the foreseen arrival date; 100% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 3 days or less before the foreseen arrival date, with a minimum vacation of 1 night. All paid deposits shall be used as partial or full payment of the above indicated penalties.
