Apartments Villa Rosa Garda. Residence Villa Rosa is run directly by the owners, the Bertamè Family, and has 38 comfortable apartments, all with balcony or terrace, of various types and sizes. It is surrounded by greenery (with olive trees, palms, colourful oleanders, fruit trees and flowers) even though it is only 1 km from the town centre of Garda and beaches of the Lake Garda. Inside the residence there is a car park for hotel guests use and a free, reserved car park close to the historical town centre of Garda. For all those who do not have the use of a car there is a free shuttle service to the town of Garda and also to the closest shopping centre and supermarket. Residence Villa Rosa is ideal for a relaxing holiday, and on the go holiday or for who enjoys sport, thanks to the large swimming pool, children’s pool, the garden solarium, the terrace solarium, large park/gardens, tennis court, football oval, volleyball field, badminton court, bowls ground, table tennis, free entrance in a conventioned fitness-centre, fitness course with 15 exercises, two playgrounds and a mini club for your children (without animation), an International Library (with more than 600 books), coin washing machine, barbecue area, reception with large open space, bar, ice-cream and sandwich bar with large internal room and outside terrace on the pool edge, sat-tv room. We also have an equipped bike centre with garage for bikes, mountain-bike hire, small workshop for minor repair, information and itineraries of tracks and trails. Cyclist’s corner with energetic food intergrators, theme magazines are also available, convention with specialized shops, free guided excursions with mountain bikes, road bikes and trekking bikes and free entrance in a conventioned fitness-centre. Residence Villa Rosa is made-up of 38 apartments, divided into three buildings (Villa Rosa, Villino Paolo and Villino Barbara) for 1-3 or 3-4 or 4-6 persons. They are all fully provided with bathroom with shower, cooking corner with microwave oven with grill, wall-safe, antenna for sat-tv, telephone, ceiling fan, balcony or terrace. Stayed here for a week – good value, very friendly and helpful staff, family run, all speak Italian and some German, but several also very good in English. Apartments require Saturday to Saturday let. Studio, 1 and 2 bed apartments available – we went for the studio, since we were operating on a budget. Apartments clean and tidy, with basics for cooking etc. all have balcony and swimming pool is great. Fairly family-oriented, swimming pool and there is also garden space for sunbathing, a BBQ area or always your own balcony. Apartments are set 10 minutes walk out of the lake front area, on one of the main roads. Great if you have your own/ hire car. They also have a parking area closer to the town, free of charge. There are a few hotels restaurants and cafes on this street as part of the walk into town. Supermarkets within walking distance, bar serves drinks, as well as snacks such as ice cream and crisps etc. All in all great for the purpose, a cheap week in Garda combined with economy flight from the UK was half the price of many packages. Even including hire car for a week it was substantially cheaper, to a good standard.

Vor 21 Jahren war ich als Kind das erste Mal bei Villa Rosa, jetzt mit eigener Familie ist unsere Wahl sofort wieder auf diese schöne Ferienanlage gefallen. Wir wurden nicht nur sehr herzlich empfangen, sondern auch die familiere Atmosphäre während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes war großartig. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr! Unsere Kinder vermissen schon den Pool und wir den leckeren Cappuccino.

Waren zum vierten mal in der Anlage. Man wird von Familie Bertamè schon bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich empfangen und sie sind während des Urlaubes für alle Fragen und auch für Hilfe jederzeit für einen da. Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und alles was man für den Urlaub braucht ausgestattet. Anlage ist für alle Altersklassen (1-99 Jahre). In der Nähe befinden sich Restaurants und Pizzerias. In die Altstadt nach Garda sind es etwa 15 Min. zu Fuß. Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Wir waren das erste mal am Gardasee und natürlich auch zum ersten mal bei der Familie Bertame. Noch nie hatten wir so eine herzliche Begrüßung empfangen können. Die Unterkunft ist mehr als ausreichend und kompakt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend für alle möglichen Aktivitäten. Egal um was es geht die Familie Bertame beantwortet alle Fragen. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

The weather was superb, the accomodation was very comfortable, clean and well managed and generally the facilities were great. The family were very kind and friendly as usual and made the stay as enjoyable as possible. I would recommend Residence Villa Rosa to anyone wanting a great value and well located enjoyable stay. Ideal for families, I had 3 children and found it to be very comfortable. Here’s to the next time.

Vorrei consigliare a tutti di passare le vostre ferie al Lago di Garda. Abbiamo appena finito le ferie proprio nel Residence Villa Rosa per il secondo anno, i proprietari sono sempre disponibili e solari, l’ubicazione è fantastica, sei poco distante dal centro ed hai tutte le possibilità di praticare sport, di rilassarti ed essendo un residence frequentato da famiglie c’è tanto rispetto per gli orari di riposo. Un grande saluto a tutta la famiglia Bertame e speriamo di rivederci l’anno prossimo.
