Our seven apartments and our six rooms will be a relaxing base for your rest, your comfort, your sporting activities, also visiting the beautiful surroundings. To get our Residence, you have to live the Brennero motorway at Rovereto Sud, then go in direction of
Garda Lake (follow the signals): you pass Mori, Loppio and Nago and go in direction of Arco. You have to drive the way for Riva: take the street on your left called Via Frumento. The Residence Franca is situated at the end of this street on your left. It’s a light brown building! Please contact us for further information you may need!! L’appartamento era pulitissimo, caldo e confortevole, la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile e la posizione è ottima perchè si trova a pochi chilometri dal Lago di Garda e da località di montagna molto belle (Lago di Ledro e Lago di Tenno, Trento, Rovereto), inoltre servito anche di supermercato a pochi minuti.

Die Ferienwohnung war günstig und sauber, und die Besitzerin sowie das Personal waren sehr freundlich. Es hat uns Freude gemacht dort zu Wohnen, und wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen ! Vielen Dank !!

Everything was at hand – and the landlady wery nice! Close to everything allthoug grosery was app 800 m away. Great apartment and view of the mouintains.

Der Aufenthalt in der Residence Franca war super. Es liegt in Fußentfernung zur Altstadt von Arco. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und super sauber. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
