La cura dell’arredo, la vista sulla montagne e sul lago, la pulizia impeccabile, il balcone privato, l’ottima, varia ed abbondante colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

I stayed here for 7 nights and had the best sleep in months! The bed was so comfortable. The surrounding area and hotel were nice and quiet. The view was stunning overlooking the mountains.
Great location – 20-25min walk into the centre of Riva. Bike hire available. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean. All in all I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

The staff were very relaxed and friendly. The suite was excellent with two rooms plus a small kitchen. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor sports were great and the hiring of bikes at no charge each day was a real bonus to get around the town and explore. Breakfast was superb.

Nice and clean hotel. Very good breakfast. Small but nice pool. Helpful staff. The hotel make bicycles available free of charge which is great given the nice tours that can be made. Our room was spacious and very confortable. This is also a quiet place.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Jahr im Ambassador Residence und es hat uns wieder super gefallen. Das Hotel liegt von der Hauptstraße weg, es ist dort also ruhig und man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge und die Limonen-/Olivenhaine. Es waren auch immer Liegen frei und das Frühstücksbüfett war sehr gut. Dieses Jahr haben wir uns allerdings Sachen im Supermarkt gekauft, da unser Appartement mit einer Küche ausgestattet war. Wir kommen jedenfalls wieder, das ist sicher!
