The staff are very cooperator and kind. Breakfast is good, location in the center, near seashore.

Hotel Plaza is located 200 mtrs from start of vibrant shopping and restaurant area. Shops excellent range of designer to more mundane. Hotel just 300 mtrs from ferry terminal for locations across the lake. Hotel reception staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful and knowledgable. Breakfast was varied and more than adequate. Room was clean and comfortable and serviced well on daily basis. We thought excellent value for money and would use it again.
