The apartments offers a big garden with a swimming pool (12 x 6 m), deck chairs, beach umbrellas, garden tables, open door barbecue for common use and a children’s play area. Back of the residence it is available a car park. Apartments Rustico consists of 9 comfortable apartments of 2-8 pers., someone with lake view (without terrace): 2 one-room apartments (Typ mono) on ground floor, 6 three-room apartments (Typ B) on ground floor, first, second or third floor and 1 four-room apartment (Typ C) on first floor with independent entrance; Typ mono (about 30 m2, max 4 pers.) has living-room with 2 sofa beds, kitchenette, bathroom with shower/wc; Typ B (about 60 m2, max 6 pers.) is composed of living-room with double sofa-bed, kitchen or kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower/Wc. Typ C (about 80 m2, max 8 pers.) like Typ B + one bedroom and a bathroom with shower/Wc and washing machine. All apartments have Sat-Tv Safe and coffee maker.
