a typical villa with seven apartments designed to enjoy the magnificient view of the
Lake Garda: the Island of Garda and its superb Venice styled Palace, Sirmione with its castle, La Rocca, the big rock towering all over the coastal charming towns and the scenic Monte Baldo, the line between the Alpen and the smothly wine hill of this sunny land, all in front of your holidays location. La Villa, family owned and operated, is surrounded by a large park of ca. 4500 qm. with olive grove, bougainvillaea and Mediterranean essences. All the apartments for 2-4-6 persons have terrace or private garden, one or two private bathrooms, tv satelite, internal parking and a magnificient view of the lake. Set within the garden a panoramic swimming pool for adults (15 x 5 meters), a small pool for children and a terrace reserved for sun bathing equipped with garden forniture. Motorboat service (with private harbor) and little beach ca 1000 meter, a typycal italian restaurant, only 200 mt far away, with panoramic spacious terrace. Après un cheminement quelque peu sinueux et étroit, nous avons découvert une résidence de très grande qualité avec une vue merveilleuse qui fait vite oublier ce parcourt escarpé. La propriété est entretenue tout les jours, la végétation est magnifique. Nous avons été accueillis par Gloria qui nous a très bien conseillée pour notre séjour. La piscine panoramique est magnifique.

La Villa Fasano is an excellent place to stay; beautiful view over the Lake Garda, very peaceful surroundings and very tidy. The host is helpful and gives you maps and good information about places to visit. The cooking facilities are good and the kitchen is well equipped. The only things you have to buy are toilet paper and paper towels. Air condition is available, but at the bottom floor it is not necessary. We stayed in hot July and the appartment was still comfortably cold. WLAN is working allright and is free. Washing machine is also available. Supermarkets are situated 1-2 km away and so is the beach. The wining road up to Villa Fasano is a bit difficult to drive with a bigger car. You better reserve some time to find your way there the first time!
