The final price will be confirmed during booking procedures according to the apartment available, but cannot exceed the maximum (max) official price indicated herein. |

We inform our kind guests that starting from 01.06 until 30.09 an additional city tax will be applied to the above mentioned prices. The tax amounts to 0.50€ per person and day. Except children up to 14 years of age. The city tax is included in the above price list.

An advance payment of 50% of the total price is required to book. On arrival a deposit of € 100,00 is required which will be returned on departure after the condition of the accommodation and facilities used have been checked. On arrival the balance payment is required. |

Cancellation terms: in the case of cancellation of the booking, Residence Liana shall charge a penalty to the client calculated as a percentage of the amount due for the period booked, in relation to the notification of cancellation given: 10% of the total amount of the vacation for cancellations made 60 to 20 days before the foreseen arrival date; 40% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 19 to 4 days before the foreseen arrival date; 100% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 3 days or less before the foreseen arrival date, with a minimum vacation of 1 night. All paid deposits shall be used as partial or full payment of the above indicated penalties.
