Apartments Le Rasole are located in a quite position, by the hilly area of Garda. It is about 1,6 km from the historical centre and the promenade of Garda, which can be reached on foot or by free shuttle–bus (from April to October). It offers relaxing holidays in a natural environment and a wide choice of walks (e.g. the walk to La Rocca, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Lake Garda). Close to it you find typical restaurants and a bakery. Apartments Le Rasole offer 10 comfortable apartments, simply equipped, all with terrace. Every apartments (Typ A, max 4 pers.) provides living room with sofa and kitchenette, 1 bedroom, toilet/shower. Complete with Sat-Tv, safe and coffee maker.   • An advance payment of 30% of the total price is required to book. On arrival a deposit of € 100,00 is required which will be returned on departure after the condition of the accommodation and facilities used have been checked. On arrival the balance payment is required.

  • Cancellation terms: in the case of cancellation of the booking, Apartments Le Rasole shall charge a penalty to the client calculated as a percentage of the amount due for the period booked, in relation to the notification of cancellation given: 75% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 19 to 4 days before the foreseen arrival date; 100% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 3 days or less before the foreseen arrival date, with a minimum vacation of 1 night. All paid deposits shall be used as partial or full payment of the above indicated penalties.
