Prices are sometimes indicated as from a minimum of (min) to a maximum of (max): this depends on the different level of features for the same type of room or apartment. The final price will be confirmed during booking procedures according to the type of accommodation available, but cannot exceed the maximum (max) official price indicated herein. |

We inform our kind guests that starting from 01.06 until 30.09 an additional city tax will be applied to the above mentioned prices. The tax amounts to 0.50€ per person and day. Except children up to 14 years of age. The city tax is not included in the above price list.

Cancellation terms: in the case of cancellation of the booking, Agriturismo La Filanda shall charge a penalty to the client calculated as a percentage of the amount due for the period booked, in relation to the notification of cancellation given: 30% of the total amount of the vacation for cancellations made 60 to 20 days before the foreseen arrival date; 80% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 19 to 4 days before the foreseen arrival date; 100% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 3 days or less before the foreseen arrival date, with a minimum vacation of 1 night. All paid deposits shall be used as partial or full payment of the above indicated penalties. |
