  • The present price list is intended per apartment per day in Euro: taxes and service charge included.
  • Prices are sometimes indicated as from a minimum of (min) to a maximum of (max): this depends on the different level of features for the same type of apartment. The final price will be confirmed during booking procedures according to the apartment available, but cannot exceed the maximum (max) official price indicated herein.
  • The minimum period required is 3 nights.
  • The following services and facilities are included in the official price: carpark, dishwasher, safe deposit box in the appartment, bicycle deposit.
  • Other services available on request: breakfast, buffet breakfast, cots € 6,00 per day, small beds € 6,00 per day, water - electric - gas supplies, refrigerator, microwave oven, centralised heating, independent heating, air conditioning, linen at the start of the vacation € 12,00 per person, change of linen, final cleaning, washing machine, drying machine, irons and ironing boards, barbecue, health centre / Beauty Farm, wellness package, sun beds, sauna, tennis € 6,00 per hour.

  • An advance payment of 35% of the total price is required to book. On arrival a deposit of € 100,00 is required which will be returned on departure after the condition of the accommodation and facilities used have been checked.

  • Cancellation terms: in the case of cancellation of the booking, Residence Park Il Gabbiano shall charge a penalty to the client calculated as a percentage of the amount due for the period booked, in relation to the notification of cancellation given: 0% of the total amount of the vacation for cancellations made 60 to 20 days before the foreseen arrival date; 0% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 19 to 4 days before the foreseen arrival date; 0% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 3 days or less before the foreseen arrival date, with a minimum vacation of 1 night. All paid deposits shall be used as partial or full payment of the above indicated penalties.
