is scheduled 20-21 October 2012 and will involve specialists, retailers and spectators with an impressive programme of events and content. Two days where every enthusiast will be able to admire the amazing display of vehicles and motor-bikes with a glorious past and explore the market of new and second-hand spare parts, technical documentation and specialist publications; meet restorers, preparers and artisans, as well as live events and hundreds of vehicles on sale. The project and its team focuses not only on these items but also seeks to valorise the intense passion among people who share this interest. This was the direction taken in dedicating special attention to the new YoungTimer section, highlighting more recent models which not only inspire the souls of new and increasingly numerous enthusiasts but are also vehicles fully entitled to join the historical awareness that great collector Luciano Nicolis summed up in saying: “we are not the owners of all this, we are merely custodians for the future”. A focus on culture is part of the DNA of Classica Motori and will see the displays flanked by a huge area dedicated to Culture and Passion, an event in the event hosting Historic Registers, Museums, Foundations and Clubs – which will thereby have the chance to promote their publications and share their sporting and commercial history. In this context, the motor-bike sector will also benefit from the involvement of local clubs through the organisation of dedicated areas and events: there will even be highly unusual occasions such as Café Racer, that many bikers already know and a true landmark for a great many lovers of two-wheels.
