Apartments Edy are situated in a quite residential zone of Peschiera del Garda in the southern part of the lake, near Sirmione and Lazise with easy access to tourist attractions like Venice, Milan and Verona. The apartments are also near at the amusement park Gardaland and Caneva World (2 Km). We have comfortable apartments completely furnished of various measurements of two or tree rooms for accommodate from 2 to 7 people with: air conditioning, big terraces and private parking.   • The present price list is intended per apartment per day in Euro: taxes and service charge included.
  • Prices are sometimes indicated as from a minimum of (min) to a maximum of (max): this depends on the different level of features for the same type of apartment. The final price will be confirmed during booking procedures according to the apartment available, but cannot exceed the maximum (max) official price indicated herein.
  • The following services and facilities are included in the official price: carpark, garage, water - electric - gas supplies, refrigerator, independent heating, air conditioning, linen at the start of the vacation, change of linen, washing machine, irons and ironing boards.
  • Other services available on request: extra bed € 10,00 per day, cots, small beds, final cleaning € 50,00, bicycle deposit, shuttle service to airports, dogs allowed on a lead.
  • Check-in: from 16:00 to 18:00 - Check-out: from 07:00 to 10:00 • in the event of arrival after 18 please notify by telephone at +39.+39-045.7551419
  • An advance payment of 30% of the total price is required to book. On arrival a deposit of € 100,00 is required which will be returned on departure after the condition of the accommodation and facilities used have been checked. On arrival the balance payment is required.
  • The methods of payment accepted are: cash
  • Cancellation terms: in the case of cancellation of the booking, Apartments Edy shall charge a penalty to the client calculated as a percentage of the amount due for the period booked, in relation to the notification of cancellation given: 50% of the total amount of the vacation for cancellations made 60 to 20 days before the foreseen arrival date; 100% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 19 to 4 days before the foreseen arrival date. All paid deposits shall be used as partial or full payment of the above indicated penalties.
